All orders placed before 12 o'clock on working days will be shiped on the same day.
Orders placed after 12 o'clock will be send the following working day.
On special occations like during the holidays it can take a bit longer.

All orders are shipped with Post Danmark/PostNord insured and with track and trace.
Delay from Post Danmark/PostNord is not the responsibilty of Dot & Doodle's.

NB! No returns from countries outside EU! We automatically deduct the Danish VAT of 25% when you place the order. Please note that you must pay local VAT and import tax in your country. This VAT/tax cost is a matter between you and your local authorities, and not with Dot & Doodle's.

We ship to the following countries: Denmark, Greenland, Iceland, Faeroe Islands, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Schwitzerland, Austria, Italy, France and Great Britain (U.K.) - please contact us if you request delivery to another country.

CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE: 30 DAYS

Is the colour not right or is the size wrong? You have 30 days to return your order after the day the order was delivered to you or to a pick-up-point. Outside EU you do not have the right to cancel, return or exchange. Please fill in the return form and return on your own costs the products in the same condition with all hangtags or in original packaging, and we will refund your money as soon as we have received and checked the product. You can also cancel your order by refusing to receive the package - if you do that the package will automatically be returned to Dot & Doodle's. Please note that we only accept products ordered on www.dotanddoodles.com. Make sure that you send your return package insured and with track and trace as the product is your responsibility untill it arrives at the address of Dot & Doodle's, Lindenaesvej 20, DK-8300 Odder, Denmark

PLEASE NOTE:
You can loose your refund partly or in whole. This can happen if the value of the product is decreased due to:
- you have used the product,
- the product is damaged while it was in your care with your responsibility,
- you have handled the product in a manor not nessasary in order to establish the sort of product, the characteristics of the product and the way the product works.
- you have removed the hangtags, labels, pricetags, and so on,
- missing or damaged packaging

CLAIM

According to the law you have a right to claim within 2 years (possibility for repair, exchange or refund). If you wish to claim please contact us at info@dotanddoodles.com. You must claim "within reasonable time" after you have discovered the faulty of the product. We recomend that you make your claim witin 2 weeks after you discoved the faulty. You must return the product to us as stated under Du skal reklamere indenfor ”rimelig tid” efter, at du har opdaget manglen ved varen. Vi anbefaler, at du reklamerer så hurtigt som muligt, og inden for 2 uger efter fejlen blev opdaget. Hvis du vil gøre brug af reklamationsretten, skal du sende varen til os - se under CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE.

Depending on the situation and faulty of the product we will inform you what to do. When you return the faulty product you must inform us as detailed as possible what the faulty is.
If your claim is justified we will refund a fair amound of transport cost for returning the product to us. If the claim is not justified you have to pay the full transport costs including out transport costs for returning the product to you, as well as we can charge you €20 for exhamining the not faulty product.

Please remember to always pack the product in a designated packaged and alway get a receipt of your shipment. The product/package is your responsibilty until it is reveived at our address. Always keep your recipt of shipment including information about the transport cost and with the track and trace number.
